The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated, metrics-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle — running tailored product demos, building strategic relationships with multi-unit and franchise decision-makers, and closing high-value accounts that drive long-term revenue growth. You will work closely with our Sales Manager and Co-Founder to prepare for and execute high impact presentations, nurture a strong pipeline, and position Dynamic Media as the go-to partner for enterprise audio solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise demos: Deliver high-quality, tailored product demonstrations to multi location brands, franchise
- Own the full sales cycle: Manage opportunities from initial discovery through close — including proposals, negotiation, and contract execution
- Build and manage pipeline: Develop, maintain, and advance a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
- Engage senior stakeholders: Navigate complex buying groups and build relationships with Directors, VPs, and C-suite decision-makers
- Sell strategically: Identify expansion opportunities within multi-unit accounts and articulate long-term partnership value
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with BDRs, the Sales Manager, and leadership to align on strategy, messaging, and deal execution
- Forecast accurately: Maintain precise pipeline visibility, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
- Drive revenue growth: Pursue new business while maximizing long-term account value through multi-year revenue generation
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Account Executive experience, with a strong B2B background
- 3+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced negotiation and closing capabilities
- Strong competency and desire to use AI tools to drive sales performance
- Experience navigating high-stakes conversations with enterprise-level stakeholders
- Self-motivated, persistent, and highly organized — a true hunter mentality
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-threaded deals
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
Compensation & Performance Structure
The Enterprise Account Executive will earn commission on all gross margin generated from accounts they close. Commission is paid across a three-year revenue window with a fully uncapped structure — your earning potential grows directly with the value you create.
- OTE: $130,000–$175,000+, tied to closed deals, pipeline development, and high-quality presentations
