American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery (L&D) position requiring at least 2 years of L&D experience and Cerner/Fetalink proficiency, working day shifts at a hospital in Birmingham, AL.

Day shift schedule: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Cerner and Fetalink EMR — experience required and must be reflected on resume

Active AL or Compact RN license required

Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience required

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP — no certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date

Permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for this travel position

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Valid driver's license required for consideration

Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position

RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
