This role supports finishing and forming operations by supplying equipment with necessary materials, moving finished product, and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. The position plays a key part in ensuring continuous production flow, safe material handling, and adherence to plant safety and housekeeping standards.

Supply finishing and forming equipment with large rolls of paper and other required materials throughout the shift.

Apply labels to pallets accurately.

Remove empty skids and transport finished product from formers to designated staging areas.

Follow all safety rules and actively participate in plant safety initiatives.

Safely handle large paper rolls, which may weigh several thousand pounds.

Participate in preventative maintenance activities as required.

Operate an electric pallet jack to move materials efficiently.

Maintain housekeeping and organization standards within the department.
