Massage Envy Mt. Lebanon is looking for a results-oriented Front Desk Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals, including membership conversions and retail sales
- Delivering exceptional customer service that turns first-time guests into loyal members
- Proactively engaging clients through outreach calls to drive bookings and retention
- Handling customer concerns with professionalism, ensuring positive resolutions and client satisfaction
- Maintaining an accurate and optimized schedule to maximize revenue opportunities
- Supporting a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth, high-performing operation
- Demonstrating accountability, reliability, and a strong work ethic
