As a Full Time AT&T Sales Agent , you will work with other sales team members to drive results through face-to-face product promotion, support daily direct customer interactions, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will learn to lead by example, develop key sales skills, and assist in managing customer outreach that introduces AT&T services to customers.
AT&T Sales Agent Responsibilities
- Assist in presenting and selling AT&T wireless and bundled services to customers in person.
- Help onboard new customers, guiding them through AT&T services and ensuring a smooth start.
- Track daily sales activity and customer interactions to support follow-ups and service activations.
- Support the team by addressing questions or issues from customers and helping improve sales processes.
- Spot opportunities to upsell or introduce additional services to customers.
- Join team meetings and share ideas to help improve sales results and customer experiences.
- Build positive relationships with customers, making sure every interaction is helpful, friendly, and solution-focused.
AT&T Sales Agent Qualifications
- Experience or interest in sales, customer service, or team coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and support team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced growth oriented environment
- Basic customer service skills or willingness to learn sales
- Positive, motivated, and eager to grow into a leadership role
Pay: $950.00 - $1,450.00 per week
