Job Description – Behavior Therapist
Remedy Therapy ABA + Family services is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider looking to grow our amazing ABA team of behavior therapists. If you love working with children, and have a heart for helping others, this is the perfect opportunity for you to get started in the selfless and rewarding field of special education. Our ABA program provides resources for patients and families who have been impacted by autism. We provide direct care, oversight and supervision of patients and therapists, a caregiver coaching program and consultation, and analysis-based assessments for individuals with autism.

This part-time moving to full-time position is a perfect fit for a student or individual who is looking to get started in the special education field and while experience in working with children is a plus, it is not required. We are able to provide training for individuals who are interested in growing their careers specifically in this field. What we are looking for:
Dedicated part-time behavioral therapists who have availability within the following timeframes:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday’s: 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (optional)
Behavior Therapists should expect to work approximately 10-15 hours per week with the potential for full time hours if desired. Session times vary but are usually scheduled from 2-4 hours at a time.
Behavior Therapists will work with children diagnosed with autism to develop a variety of skills including communication, self-regulation, social skills, etc. In this role you will work alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) clinical supervisors who will provide regular guidance to ensure you have all the tools to be successful during your sessions.
Remedy Therapy Behavioral Therapists will:
- Take part in a paid and interactive training that will prepare you to be successful when working with children with autism. This training will also include all components necessary to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Acquire amazing growth opportunities to become Lead Behavior Therapists.
- Have the potential to become a BCBA where we will provide regular training, guidance, required supervision hours and leadership that will prepare you to be fluent in all aspects of the supervisor role.

Job Requirements:
- A high school diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- A valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
Compensation: Position, part-time compensation is based off of experience: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
