GMAP Logistics LLC provides reliable delivery and logistics services throughout New York City as an official DoorDash Local Commerce Service Partner (LCSP), specializing in catering, food, and marketplace deliveries.
Position Overview
GMAP Logistics LLC is looking for reliable, customer-focused E-Bike Delivery Associates to join our growing team. In this role, you'll complete catering, restaurant, and marketplace deliveries throughout Manhattan using a company-provided Honda Fastport e-bike.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, communicating effectively and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver catering, food, and marketplace orders safely and efficiently
- Ride a company-provided Honda Fastport e-bike throughout Manhattan
- Pick up and deliver orders accurately and on time
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Use DoorDash delivery apps and GPS navigation
- Handle food and catering orders with care to maintain quality and presentation
- Follow company safety procedures and traffic laws for cyclists
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal/extrenal team members in a timely manner
Qualifications
- No delivery experience required
- No driver's license required
- Comfortable riding an e-bike in an urban environment
- Comfortable using smartphone apps and GPS navigation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening (marijuana is not included in testing)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete employment eligibility verification upon hire
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
Work Location: On the road. All shifts begin and end at a Lower Manhattan location where the e-bikes will be parked. Company-provided Honda Fastport e-bikes are used for all deliveries.
