Busy Corner Bar near South Side Works is looking to fill kitchen shifts with a Set Schedule. Roughly 20-26 hours a week. Kitchen closes at 10pm every night. Menu is basic bar food, burgers, wings and such, but done with fresh ingredients and as much in house preparation as possible. Duties include cooking food to order, prep work for the next shift, washing dishes and cleanup. Ideal candidates will have similar kitchen experience, be able to handle rushes, and be self sufficient enough to occupy themselves during down periods.
