Our Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Practice is looking for a qualified applicant as a medical assistant to work Monday through Thursday from 9:30am until 5:30pm. We perform pulmonary function test (PFT), chest x-ray, 6 minute walk test, stress test and EKG testing. We use the Henry Ford Epic EMR system. Experience in patient testing is preferred but not necessary as we are willing to train on site. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge in the healthcare setting. QUALIFICATIONS:
Certified/Registered as a Medical Assistant required
EXPERIENCE:
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively
Perform real-time patient encounter with patient such as vitals
Work with others to ensure quality patient care and services are provided
COMPETITIVE PAY
Pay is competitive, depending on work experience and will be discussed during interview.
OFFICE DAYS / HOURS:
Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
