Arizona Autism is looking for individuals to provide care to children and adults with developmental disabilities. Our Personal Care Assistant provides the care needed for our members so they can live a more independent life. Our client's needs can be big or small, but the feeling our caregivers leave with is always rewarding.

What We Offer
We offer flexible schedules, a sign-on bonus, and the highest pay in the industry. Please note that while we cannot guarantee full-time hours, weekend, afternoon, or evening shifts will be required on a weekly basis.
Our Services:
Habilitation Provider
Habilitation permits a chance to think outside the box to help achieve the member's goals, which can be rewarding and fun! Duties include working 1:1 with a member to teach strategies on life skill goals that are specifically formulated to their strengths and weaknesses in the home and community. Helping the member achieve independence in the future with daily living skills per the Individual Support Plan (ISP), for example, meal preparation, money management, stranger danger, personal hygiene, and more.
Respite Provider
Respite is a great time to fully interact with your clients and engage them in a preferred task, such as going to the park or playing with Legos. Duties include providing the family/immediate caregivers with a break. This may be provided in the home or community and is solely to supervise, care for, and entertain your member to ensure the parents or guardians are receiving a break.
Attendant Care Provider
Members will fully depend on their provider during scheduled shifts and enjoy the friendly presence! Duties include providing total care to members for basic daily living needs such as transferring from bed to wheelchair, bathing, clothing, feeding, and more.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a DPS Fingerprint Clearance and background check
- Reliable transportation to/from service locations
- Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills and the ability to respond to visual and auditory cues appropriately in emergency situations
