Locations
Smithfield: 100 Ridgeview Drive, Smithfield, PA 15478
Point Marion: 300 Union Street, Point Marion, PA 15474
Requirements
Must be available to work nights and weekends
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate team members
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Supervise and support team members during shifts
Ensure excellent customer service
Assist with opening and closing duties
Maintain food quality and cleanliness standards
Handle customer concerns professionally
Help train and develop new employees
