This new hire will become 1st option for regional director if successful at this position.

Duties
- Provide effective leadership to teams, inspiring motivation and fostering a positive organizational culture.
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality standards are met across all departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives and improve overall performance.
- Manage staffing processes including hiring, training, and ongoing development of team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices within childcare environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service offerings and expand organizational impact.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth.
- Maintain open communication channels within the organization to promote transparency and teamwork.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to childcare services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership or executive role, preferably within childcare or related sectors.
- Strong team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.
- Excellent business management capabilities including strategic planning, operational oversight, and financial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of childcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with staff, clients, and stakeholders professionally.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
