About the role:
As a Product Manager, you will be helping to develop products and services to support Digbi Platform from its nascency as we scale. You will be responsible for defining, planning, and driving forward the execution of new functionality that helps our members, our customers, and our business. As an accountable leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams of Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Designers, as well as coordinate with teams from Operations, Sales, Health Coaching, Clinical, Brand, Marketing, Sales and Business Development through the complete product development cycle.
What you'll do(Role/ Responsibilities):
- Play a key role in shaping the product strategy
- Own major features from ideation through launch and optimization
- Design and own both the overarching product strategy and the tactical details of new product initiatives and coordinate the product development process with a team to launch high quality experiences to members, coaches and clinicians
- Develop solutions that balance clinical, member needs, business constraints, and technical considerations across different surfaces (mobile, Care dashboard, Bioinformatics and Services etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in sizable new initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Partnerships Clinical, Commercial, Business Development, Data Science and Engineering
- Clearly articulate your design rationale and concepts, and defend your position with research and user-centered process
- Develop business plan, pricing, market positioning, growth and channel strategy to drive product adoption and growth
- Uncover and decode the latent and unmet needs of users, successfully converting their needs into our solutions
- Present Digbi Health value proposition, demonstrate Digbi Health products, have strategic discussions about Digbi Health solutions using a consultative selling approach to drive deals forward
- Work closely with sales to define appropriate solutions for customer’s business issues and objectives
- Guide sales and marketing to develop required collaterals (presentations, proposals, case studies, SOWs, etc. ) to support sales conversations with clients
In your first 90 days:
Within your first 90 days at Digbi, we expect you will do the following:
- Own and launch major features on the product roadmap
- Set up actionable metrics dashboards, and use that data to inform product priorities
- Conduct in-person user research with multiple types of end users
- Build effective working relationships with UX design, Engineering, Operations and Clinical
- Develop a plan and roadmap for your second 90 days
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience delivering intuitive and impactful products for consumer internet companies, ideally including native mobile app experience
- Experience launching a new product line, or taking a product from 0-1 (entrepreneurial experience a plus)
- Strong consumer empathy and intuition around usability/visual design.
- Worked closely with Product Designers and Engineers on defining, building, and testing features and enhancements using agile product development methods
- Highly analytical and curious about understanding user behavior trends. Strong track record of metrics-driven decision making Experience A/B testing at both small and large scales is a plus
