Maintenance - looking to fill our PM position
Requirements
Must be Available on Weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Can you stay one step ahead of maintenance challenges to make our guests’ safety and comfort your number one priority? We’re searching for a Maintenance tech that goes further to make sure his team always puts safety first.
A little taste of your day-to-day
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical system, tasks, and other mechanical components
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to accurately diagnose problems and implement solutions.
- Conduct residential painting, drywall repairs, carpentry work, and other general maintenance tasks to uphold the hotel’s appearance.
- Utilize software to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory.
- Record Pool readings and building readings.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards by using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and following proper procedures during repairs or installations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests or staff while maintaining professionalism.
