Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Farsi/English Bilingual Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and ensure that patients receive the best possible treatment. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in patient assessment, care planning, and implementation of nursing interventions in various healthcare settings.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic.
- Perform specialized procedures including management of neonatal ventilators when necessary.
- Assist with pain management strategies for patients experiencing discomfort.
- Ensure adherence to sterile processing protocols in clinical settings.
- Participate in laboratory tests and evaluations as required.
Skills
- Proficiency in Basic Life Support (BLS) techniques.
- Knowledge of pain management practices and techniques.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
- Experience with spinal tap procedures is a plus.
- Ability to operate neonatal ventilators effectively.
- Understanding of laboratory processes and sterile processing standards.
- Experience working with geriatric populations is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient education.
