Whether you’re new to the tax industry or already have experience, we’ll provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you become a successful tax professional.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, meaning you’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, set your own schedule, and build your own client base.

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate individual and business tax returns.
- Communicate professionally with clients.
- Collect and review required tax documents.
- Follow IRS guidelines and company policies.
- Complete all required training.
- Market your tax business using the strategies provided.
Requirements
- No tax experience required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable computer and internet connection.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
Compensation
This is a 1099 commission-based position.
- Starting commission split: 60/40
- Commission increases based on production and experience.
- Tax preparers are paid after client returns have been funded.
- There is no guaranteed hourly wage or salary.

A $200 onboarding fee is required before training begins. This investment includes:
