Creative Hands Design Technologies is looking for a dependable, motivated Fabricator / Shop Production Team Member to join our Miami manufacturing team.
We manufacture custom displays, signage, fixtures, and specialty products using materials such as acrylic, PVC, wood, metal, and other sheet materials.
We are looking for someone who wants to work, learn, and become part of our team. Previous fabrication experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has a good attitude and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Fabricating and assembling custom products and displays
- Cutting, drilling, sanding, gluing, bending, and finishing various materials
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Reading measurements and following fabrication drawings/instructions
- Keeping your work area clean and organized
- Learning new fabrication techniques and equipment
- Working with the production team to complete projects accurately and on time
Requirements
- Must speak and understand English
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be dependable and arrive to work on time
- Must be comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Must be able to take direction and follow instructions
- Must be willing to learn and work
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to stay focused during work hours and not be dependent on a cell phone while working
Fabrication, woodworking, sign shop, acrylic, cabinetry, construction, CNC, assembly, or similar hands-on experience is a plus.
Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience and ability.
