Are you energized by solving complex operational challenges, driving strategic initiatives, and partnering directly with executive leaders to make a measurable impact? As a Senior Operations Program Coordinator, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, helping transform strategic priorities into actionable plans that improve performance across a growing healthcare organization.
In this role you will:
- Partner directly with executive leadership to drive execution of operational initiatives that support business growth and performance.

Own end-to-end project management from planning through implementation, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables remain on track.

Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans and monitor progress against key goals.

Develop executive-level reports, collateral, and presentations that provide meaningful insights and support data-driven decision making.

Facilitate leadership meetings by preparing content, tracking action items, and identifying opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational challenges, remove barriers, and drive successful outcomes.

Support the opening and integration of new clinic locations by coordinating operational readiness activities and implementation plans.

Analyze trends, performance metrics, and project outcomes to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.

Serve as a trusted extension of leadership, representing priorities and ensuring execution across the organization
You Should Have:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is required.

Five or more years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, program management, or a related field preferred.

Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders and managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information to diverse audiences.

Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.

Experience leading projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving results in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
