What You'll Do
- Be the friendly voice that connects with parents and legal guardians — obtaining consent, verifying information, and gathering documentation.
- Keep patient records, insurance details, and account information accurate and up to date.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with warmth and professionalism.
- Deliver top-notch service to families and school staff in both English and Spanish.
- Hit call quality and performance goals while juggling multiple software tools with ease.
- Jump into special projects and administrative tasks as they come up.
What You Bring
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — required.
- About a year of customer service experience (3+ years a big plus!).
- A knack for problem-solving and turning a tense call into a great one.
- Comfort with email, Microsoft Office, and everyday web tools.
- Self-motivated, energetic, team-first attitude. Dental terminology know-how is a nice bonus, not a requirement.
