Branch Manager- 24/7 Integrated Security Services Operations
The Branch Manager oversees 24/7 security operations, leading supervisors and officers to ensure operational excellence, client satisfaction, and compliance. This role serves as the primary company representative in the local market, managing branch operations while supporting growth and sales initiatives.

Lead and develop supervisors and security personnel with minimal oversight.

Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, discipline, and recommend promotions or terminations.

Foster a professional, team-oriented work environment.

Provide coaching, performance management, and employee development.

Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and client requirements.

Verify and maintain required Ohio security guard registrations and firearms qualifications.

Manage staffing, scheduling, and personnel records to support continuous 24/7 coverage.

Direct emergency and incident response activities.

Conduct site assessments and develop post orders.

Build and maintain strong client partnerships.

Conduct site visits and client meetings to evaluate service quality and resolve concerns.

Prepare and present operational performance reports.

Identify and support sales opportunities within the territory.

Represent the company with prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.

Partner with the sales team to convert leads into active customers.

Manage branch budgets and control costs.

Monitor financial performance and implement improvement strategies.

Ensure accurate billing and invoicing.

Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.

Maintain records required for audits and inspections.

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Ability to conduct site inspections, including walking up to one-half mile.

Ability to climb stairs in multi-level facilities.

Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Ability to use computers, telephones, radios, and other standard office equipment.

Must obtain and maintain an Ohio Department of Public Safety Security Guard Registration and ID Card, including fingerprinting and background check requirements.

Must maintain all required certifications and renewals.

If assigned to armed duty, must complete required firearms training and annual qualifications.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Minimum 5 years of security management or related experience.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field preferred.

Experience managing 24/7 operations preferred.

Budget and financial management experience.

CPP, PSP, or similar security certifications preferred.

Sales or business development experience preferred.
