HTH is seeking a Compliance and Training Specialist for our company.

Job Summary
The Compliance and Training Specialist plays a critical role in supporting HousingToHome’s relocation operations by ensuring organizational compliance standards, maintaining high-quality documentation and accuracy in project files, and leading training programs that support staff development and performance. This individual is responsible for designing and implementing training programs, conducting compliance reviews and file audits, and supporting onboarding experiences that lift professional excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in leading training for groups of varying sizes. They enjoy building structure and consistency, improving processes, and helping teams grow in their skills and performance.
Responsibilities and Duties
Job Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to:
Training & Professional Development
- Identify, plan, and implement employee training according to the training schedule, collaborating with third-party partners when needed.
- Create and manage a comprehensive training schedule, coordinating participation across teams and departments.
- Facilitate a two-day onboarding program focused on the HTH Way of Being and internal systems, ensuring full integration for new and existing staff.
- Plan and implement Senior Leadership trainings (in-person and virtual), with support from HR and assistance from the Administrative Associate.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead SMART Goal trainings.
- Identify and implement training needs for HTH staff at all levels.
- Manage and refine the mentor/mentee program to support employee growth and integration.
- Coordinate and deliver HTH Relo 101 Training.
Onboarding & New Hire Support
- Send and distribute First-Day To-Do emails for new employees.
- Participate in onboarding site visits with new employees to support training and site readiness.
Compliance & File Management
- Conduct file audits throughout the project duration to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct close-out file auditing to ensure compliance standards are met.
- Conduct frequent compliance reviews of site files at project kickoff and key milestones.
- Document audit findings and escalate discrepancies to leadership for corrective action.
- Support site setup activities and ensure document compliance for new relocation sites.
Administrative
- Administrative tasks may be assigned, such as Relocation Supply ordering

- Relocation, URA, HUD, and operations experience are highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to present and facilitate training effectively for different learning styles and audience sizes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and comfortable learning additional platforms.
- Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work independently.
- Professional maturity, integrity, and discretion when managing sensitive information.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
