As a Home Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of home appliances, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
We are a Samsung Home Appliance Service Center. Providing Repair / Services for Samsung home appliances as well as other major brands. Our facility is located in Knoxville, TN.
Our technicians are trained and certified by Samsung to provide the best service for our customers. We provide paid in-field training as well as office training.
This position requires fieldwork, visiting customers' homes. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate customer schedules.
Candidates with experience are a PLUS!
Candidates with no experience but a strong drive to learn are welcomed to apply!
