Job Description
The HVAC/R Service/Operations Manager will be goal driven and results oriented in their approach to leading their territory to growth and profitability.
Compensation
-
Starting pay range of $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 or more, based on experience with opportunities for additional incentive pay based on revenue and profitability goals.
Job Duties
Job Requirements:

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of combined field service work and management in the commercial and industrial HVAC/R industry

Completion of High School or GED
-
EPA Universal
-
Valid Driver’s License
-
Pass a drug test
-
Criminal background check
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Physical Job Requirements:
A HVAC/R Service Manager is required to:
-
Have the ability to stand for prolonged periods routinely, throughout the daily work schedule.
-
The english language is primary. Bi-lingual is a bonus.

Have the ability to walk around the job site, to business meetings, etc .
-
Have the ability to operate a computer and other industry specific productivity machinery, such as a calculator and telephone.
-
Have the ability to talk/hear/communicate with Cary Services office staff and/or customers by phone or in person, exchanging accurate information in these situations.

Have the ability to repeatedly lift irregularly shaped tools/hardware weighing 50 pounds, throughout the work day.
-
Have the ability to climb ladders and work on building roofs productively at heights of 50 feet.

Have the ability to work in extreme hot and cold conditions.
