Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Soccer Coach to coach 1 or 2 teams at Wave Soccer Club in Eagan, MN. Along with coaching are additional opportunities for working camps and other internal programming.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver dynamic soccer training sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels
- Follow a set club-wide ethos
- Foster a fun, inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and respect among players
- Time management, organization and communication are a must.
Skills
- Proven experience in soccer coaching within a club environment.
- Playing background is ideal.
- Strong behavior management skills to motivate students and maintain a positive environment
- USSF or United Soccer Coaching Licenses preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and foster teamwork among players
Salary is based on level of team and experience.
Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per year
