Job Summary
The Installer is responsible for the accurate and professional installation of Jacuzzi products. You will ensure every project meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction, transforming bathrooms in as little as one day.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full tub/shower renovations in a single-day timeframe.
- Adhere to all company installation standards and safety procedures.
- Maintain a professional, pleasant demeanor while working in customers' homes.
- Respect customer property by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Educate customers on the functionality and proper care of their new system.
- Manage vehicle inventory and ensure all tools and components are accounted for.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of in-home renovation experience.
- Skills: Proficiency with power tools (drills, jigsaws, etc.) and basic plumbing knowledge.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license and the ability to lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs.
- Communication: Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and manuals.
- Plus Factors: Experience in carpentry, light plumbing, general remodeling, or previous work with acrylic systems.
