Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to manage the routine administrative functions of the AEL Department, assist in responding to questions about AEL, communicate with internal and external entities, and support various AEL functions to ensure smooth operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree.
One (1) year administrative support related experience in a Human Resources environment.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy maintaining records.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with students, faculty, staff, and public.
Preferred Qualifications
Higher education experience.
Experience using Colleague for student information and records.
