We are currently seeking Teacher Assistants for FMC - China Grove Early Learning Center who have a passion for children and previous experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education to join our team of teachers and staff.

Basic Requirements:
* Collaborate with the Director and other staff in curriculum planning and center activities
* Attend staff meetings and staff training
* Demonstrate flexibility in matching individual children's learning skills with various activities
* Evaluate teaching through children's level of understanding
* Provide a sanitary work environment and teach the children safe hygiene practices
* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
* Ability to stand, bend, stoop and squat at least 95% of the day
Wages are based on education and experience.
