Key Responsibilities
- Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities, including:
- Sensory play
- Literacy and literature
- Dramatic play
- Art
- Circle time and small-group activities
- Support or assist with weekly lesson planning that addresses all areas of child development
- Observe and assess children’s progress toward developmental milestones and kindergarten readiness
- Communicate daily with families using Procare
- Collaborate with teaching staff during classroom transitions and activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom in compliance with licensing standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Early childhood or childcare experience preferred
- Ability to meet Virginia licensing requirements and pass background checks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

- Full-time and part-time positions available

Sign-On Bonus Details
- $500 total sign-on bonus
- $250 paid after 30 days
- $250 paid after 90 days
- Must remain employed and in good standing
Pay is based on position, experience, and qualifications.
