Job Summary

Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets through effective cost control measures and construction estimating techniques, including HeavyBid or comparable tools.
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and quality standards are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects by reviewing construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractor performance to maintain project momentum.
- Lead project meetings, provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
- Supervise project teams on-site and in-office to foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local construction regulations and environmental standards while managing risks proactively.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of residential construction
- Hands-on construction site experience with an understanding of blueprint reading and construction plans.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to interpret technical documents such as blueprints and construction plans accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management to meet deadlines consistently.
