Responsibilities
- Earn $28-$30/HR based on experience | Average $70K-$80K+ annually
- Average $1,400-$1,700 weekly plus $50 layover pay.
- Work a 4-day schedule, typically Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday.
- Dispatch between 5:30 AM-6:30 AM and work 10-12 hour shifts.
- Operate a Day Cab with a 48' Dry Van Liftgate Trailer.
- Deliver pet food and supplies to stores, averaging 6-8 stops per day.
- Unload freight using a liftgate and electric pallet jack (EPJ) while providing excellent customer service.
- Complete one overnight run each week, staying in a hotel and returning home the following day.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL required.
- Minimum 24 months of verifiable CDL-A experience.
- Must be at least 23 years old.
- Experience operating an EPJ is preferred.
- Comfortable with touch freight and unloading deliveries into stores.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
- Willing to complete several days of training with a manager.
- Must pass a DOT Physical, Drug Screen, Background Check, and MVR Review.
