Mansion Windows and Doors is the leading window and door dealer in Central Florida and has expanded operations into Tampa and Jacksonville. We are looking to continue our growth in Tampa and surrounding areas by adding another Service Technician to our team.
The ideal candidate will be able to work a full-time schedule Monday- Friday with support from our Existing Service Teams. This role is in-person at our Tampa/Sarasota Florida location, which is open from 7:30AM-4:40PM.
What you’ll do to support Mansion Installation Teams:
- Perform on-site repairs for all of the product Mansion installs including Windows, Doors, Folding Doors, Window Walls, Sliding Doors manufactured by JeldWen, Weathershield, Sierra Pacific, PGT, ES, Kolbe, LaCantina, Sterling, EuroWall, and other leading manufactures.
- Resolve issues relating to adjusting windows and doors, installing hardware, handles, replacing glass, trim work, and all internal parts related to products that fall inline with windows and doors.
- Diagnose and accurately determine what parts will be needed to repair and resolve the issues going on with the specific service visit you are on. You will work with our service team to accurately address each part needed and information needed to process the reorder.
- Perform preventive maintenance on doors and related hardware by installing the appropriate hardware early on in installation. This prevents from misuse of product by other trades.
- Install Lock Cylinders, Door Handles, Screw Covers, Mull Coves, Screens, and remaining hardware at punch out time. Most hardware is installed upfront with the remaining product left for when the home is complete.
- Document and photograph all service work you perform. You will be required to recall jobs of past and show all work performed. This documentation will be done on our CRM system as well as our Project Management System.
- Complete paperwork on daily worksheets, work requests, reports, and key audits. Everything we do needs to be tracked and documented. You will be required to documents and report your daily activities. There at times you will be required to speak with the builder/customer and provide updates.
- Develop and demonstrate product knowledge as it pertains to Mansion’s broad spectrum of window and door manufactures and how to efficiently repair all aspects of each.
- Use our CRM system (Salesforce, CompanyCam) to manage your tasks and communicate cross-functionally.
- Act as a customer concierge representative.

SKILLS
· This job requires service knowledge of locks, lock cylinders, hardware, internal parts for windows and doors, deglazing glass, modifications for all leading Window and Door Manufactures such as JeldWen, Weathershield, Sierra Pacific, PGT, ES, Kolbe, LaCantina, Sterling, EuroWall, and other leading manufactures, as well as skills to install mull covers, screw covers, lock levers, and other hardware.
·Knowledge of office-related computer applications such as Google Sheets, and SalesForce.
· High communication competency and above-average ability to think of solutions on the fly.
. Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
Work Locations: Mainly Tampa, Sarasota and surrounding areas.
