JD Home Rentals is actively seeking to hire a full-time Bilingual Agent. Agents are required to coordinate with management and perform various task throughout the day. Activities agents do are to drive out to properties and perform inspections, securing properties by drilling windows shut & changing deadbolts, serve notices, and showing properties to prospective tenants. This position requires you to travel to various properties that range from Hanford to Merced. Mileage reimbursement is provided for all agents. We will train the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult & coordinate with renters and office staff all property photos, repairs and cleaning necessary.
- Obtain all necessary signatures on listing agreement, disclosures and other necessary documentation.
- Coordinate showings and or move-ins & obtain feedback from potential renters.
- Provide proactive daily feedback to renters regarding all showings and move-ins.
- Submit all necessary documentation to office for file compliance.
- Drive to properties and serve notices to tenants.
- Accompany prospective tenant to property site and discuss conditions of rentals and any questions the prospective tenant may have.
- Perform inspections of the properties
- Tag vehicles
- Drive to properties and insure that they're up to city codes
- Take pictures of all violations and report main office
- Board up & secure vacant properties if necessary
- Drill windows shut
- Rekey properties if necessary
- Complete daily activity log
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: One year of experience in Customer Service
- License: Must have a valid Driver License
- Language: Fluent in Spanish (Required)
*Agents must use their own vehicle and drill for work purposes. JD Home Rentals reimburses for mileage & tools .*

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
