Symbrium has immediate openings for controls engineer to design electrical control panels, direct panel build activity, develop, program and debug PLC logic and and Human Machine Interfaces for custom engineered machines. This position is for our Triangle Facility in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities:
- Design control panel layouts using SoldiWorks Electrical based on approved concepts and functional specifications
- Specify and integrate motors, drives, actuators and other automation devices
- Create and modify PLC and HMI code to support both new and existing machine platforms
- Work with the engineering and design team to generate complete packages of detail drawings, bills of materials and build instructions that are sufficient for the procurement and fabrication of machine control systems
- Assist engineering and build teams in the assembly, integration and validation of machines on the floor and in the field
- Ensure compliance to design and quality standards
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Engineering degree or equivalent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
