We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and pediatric patients at our Beaumont, California clinic.
Job Description
-
Conduct physical examinations and evaluate patient symptoms, medical histories, and overall health
-
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
-
Prescribe medications, treatments, immunizations, and preventive care services
-
Order and interpret laboratory testing, diagnostic studies, and medical imaging
-
Educate patients regarding medications, nutrition, hygiene, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices
-
Refer patients to specialists and coordinate follow-up care when appropriate
-
Monitor patients with high-risk, urgent, or complex medical conditions
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient visits, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations

Review patient records, medications, allergies, immunization status, and previous medical history
-
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other members of the care team
-
Support clinical staff development and help identify training needs
-
Maintain professional relationships with patients, employees, community partners, and other stakeholders
-
Follow all organizational safety, infection control, privacy, HIPAA, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
-
Medical degree from an accredited MD or DO program
-
Active California medical license in good standing
-
Active California DEA registration
-
Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or a related primary care specialty

Board certified or board eligible within the applicable specialty
-
Current Basic Life Support certification through an American Heart Association approved program
-
BLS certification must include an in-person, hands-on skills assessment

Experience providing direct primary care to adult and pediatric patients

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical environment
-
Strong organizational, documentation, and patient service skills
-
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Ability to manage confidential patient and employee information professionally and ethically
