Job Summary: The Clubhouse Cashier provides friendly and professional customer service while supporting the daily operations of the golf course pro shop. This position schedules tee times, processes fees and merchandise sales using a Point of Sale (POS) system, and assists guests with questions about course operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collects all fees and sells merchandise using the Point of Sales (POS) system.
- Meets and greets all guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Schedules tee times.
- Answers phone calls and questions about basic golf course operations.
- Communicates clearly and professionally and assists guests in playing the course.
- Light cleaning of the pro shop area as needed.
- Communicates the need for cleaning and office supplies necessary for day to day operations.
- Ensures pro shop is stocked with merchandise in a presentable way.
- Assists with the staging of golf carts as needed.
- Communicates to other staff on duty about any changes to the tee sheet or any updates that need to be addressed on the course.
- Balances cash register at the end of each shift.
Reports any issues promptly to management.

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and varying day shifts
Basic math and computer skills

Work Environment:
- This position is based inside the pro shop and involves frequent interaction with guests and phone calls. The pace can be fast during peak times, requiring excellent multitasking skills. Role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting equipment, and participating in activities.
