This energetic role offers the opportunity to educate, assist, and inspire customers while ensuring a welcoming and compliant environment. As a vital part of our retail experience, you’ll combine your passion for customer service with your expertise in product knowledge to create memorable visits and foster customer loyalty. Unlike other companies, sales commission is a big part of your pay, which ranges from $20-$30 per hour depending on individual and store sales.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and understanding their needs to recommend suitable products.
- Educate customers on product effects, usage methods, and proper dosages through engaging product demos and detailed explanations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and sales processing.
- Assist with merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are presented attractively and accurately.
- Maintain compliance with all state and local regulations regarding age restrictions, product labeling, and sales procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in a marijuana dispensary.
- Must have OMMA Credentials: https://oklahoma.gov/omma/businesses/employee-credentialing.html
- Experience with Flowhub POS helpful but not required.
- Basic retail math for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally over the phone.
