FST is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team and help deliver exceptional care to our patients. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our daily clinical operations — working closely with physicians and staff to keep things running smoothly, supporting patients through their fertility journey, and ensuring accurate, thorough medical records every step of the way.
The ideal candidate brings clinical experience, a team-first attitude, and organized energy to FST. This is an in-person, full-time position based primarily in Dallas (Perot), with occasional travel to nearby locations as needed.

Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate and support patient care

Manage daily clinical schedules and assist with patient intake and education

Adhere to physician directives and assist with appointment scheduling

Assist during procedures and collect samples as needed

Review and maintain accurate medical records, including charting patient progress

Prepare labels, requisitions, and pre-operative paperwork

Maintain cleanliness, sterilize instruments, and prepare treatment areas

Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and regulations

Participate in staff training for new hires or team members in the same job class

Manage inventory and perform other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or equivalent

Active Medical Assisting certification and current BLS/CPR certification

At least one year of experience in a clinical setting preferred

Phlebotomy experience preferred

Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rotating weekend shifts and holidays

Willingness to occasionally travel to nearby clinic locations as needed
This is a full-time, in-person position. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with rotating Saturday half-days. The primary work location is our Dallas (Perot) clinic, with occasional coverage at nearby locations.
