Location: New Orleans, LA
Compensation: $43.00 – $49.00 per hour
Schedule: 9/80 Work Schedule (Every Other Friday Off)

CMC Corporate Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Chiller Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair large commercial and industrial chiller systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on commercial chiller systems, air-cooled and water-cooled
- Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Familiarity with common commercial equipment brands: Trane, Daikin, York, Carrier
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and mechanical components (including compressors)
- Analyze system performance and efficiency
- Work with building automation and control systems
- Maintain service documentation and system reports
- Maintain tools such as combustion analyzers
- Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- 5–7 years servicing commercial chiller systems
- Strong experience servicing large commercial chillers
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems and controls
- EPA Certification preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Compensation & Benefits
- $43 – $49 per hour depending on experience
- Familiarity with centrical chillers
- All-service tech, familiarity with both boiler and chiller systems
- 9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off)
