What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Cleaning windows on luxury residential homes
- Working on ladders and at heights (1–2 story homes)
- Carrying ladders, buckets, and professional equipment
- Moving efficiently while maintaining perfect attention to detail
- Working outdoors year-round
- Representing the company with professionalism and confidence
- Learning leadership skills and helping train team members
