Now Hiring – Collegiate & Ex-Pro Baseball Coaches
Fall 2026 (March–June) | New York City
The NY Bluebirds are seeking former collegiate and professional players to join our coaching staff for the Fall 2026 season.
We are building a serious player-development program — not rec ball. We want coaches who understand high-level training, demand accountability, and can mentor athletes the right way.
Who We’re Looking For
- NCAA or professional playing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of advanced training and game management
- Experience developing youth or high school players (8U–17U)
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Commitment
- September - November 2026
- Saturdays (AM or PM)
- Full Sundays (games/tournaments)
- Weekday evening practices
Compensation
Competitive and based on experience and role (Head vs. Assistant).
