Bilingual Junior Recruiter – Skilled Trades Construction

We are looking for a highly organized, motivated Bilingual Junior Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our skilled trades construction recruiting team.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting position with significant opportunity to learn, grow, and develop into a full-cycle recruiter role.
Responsibilities
- Recruit skilled trades construction workers
- Screen applicants by phone and text
- Translate between English and Spanish for candidates and recruiting needs
- Assist with full-cycle recruiting
- Complete candidate onboarding
- Create, post, update, and work job advertisements
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls and text messages
- Maintain accurate candidate information and complete daily data entry
- Follow up consistently with applicants and employees
- Communicate job requirements, pay, schedules, locations, and expectations clearly
- Help move candidates from initial contact through screening, onboarding, and placement
Requirements
- Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish
- Must be comfortable screening and translating information related to construction and skilled trades positions
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills are a must
- Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls
- Comfortable managing a very high volume of text messages
- Strong data-entry and computer skills
- Able to multitask and keep track of numerous candidates and job openings at the same time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
- Must be dependable, responsive, and able to follow through
- Must be flexible and available to handle recruiting needs from your phone some nights and weekends
