Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dry Cleaner expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our machinery, contributing to the overall quality of our services. Duties
- Operate various types of machinery used in the laundering and cleaning processes, ensuring optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to uphold operational efficiency.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues related to services offered.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Utilize basic math skills for measuring and mixing cleaning solutions as needed.
Experience
- Mandatory experiences in Dry Cleaning Business.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for accurate handling of measurements and transactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
