Position Summary: Housekeeper
The Housekeeper ensures all guest residences and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Must have hotel housekeeping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Residences & Public Areas (55%)
- Clean and reset residences: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, furniture, linens.
- Restock supplies and amenities.
- Clean public areas: restrooms, lobby, terrace, elevators, and conference spaces.
- Report maintenance or safety issues.
Laundry Operations (20%)
- Operate laundry equipment to clean, sort, and distribute linens.
- Maintain linen par levels and restock carts.
- Keep housekeeping closets neat and organized.
Guest Service (10%)
- Greet guests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Answer questions, fulfill requests, and resolve minor guest concerns.
- Provide directions and local recommendations as needed.
Additional Duties (15%)
- Support safety and security protocols, including lost and found handling.
- Communicate guest needs and service issues to appropriate team members.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience; hotel background needed.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to use cleaning agents and equipment safely.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 75 lbs), and push/pull carts (up to 250 lbs).
- Comfortable working indoors and in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and respond to guest needs promptly.

- Attend scheduled staff meetings and contribute to team operations.
- Comply with health, safety, and brand standards at all times.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
