We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while managing financial transactions and reports. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Prepare daily revenue reports and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent guest relations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to assist guests with their needs efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery throughout the hotel.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel operations.
- Proficiency in night audit procedures and financial reporting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services in a hotel or resort setting.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively.
