Join the team at Boise City / Ada County Housing Authorities, dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions to local residents. We oversee a diverse portfolio of apartment communities, multiplexes, and single-family homes. Currently, we are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician with a versatile skill set to address various maintenance needs and a willingness to learn new skills.

Perform planned and corrective maintenance on building surfaces, fixtures, systems, and equipment.

Meet daily for clear assignments and direction.

Foster team effort within an environment of independence and selfsufficiency.

Proven experience in maintenancerelated tasks.

Familiarity with plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Proficiency in painting, carpentry, masonry, plastering, and general cleaning.

Ability to work oncall shifts as part of a rotating schedule.

Valid Driver's License is required.
