Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Lawrenceville is looking for a driven, energetic Internet Sales Manager to lead our Internet/BDC operation while also actively managing and selling their own internet leads.
This is a producing manager position. You will personally receive, manage and sell 125–150 internet leads per month while also leading the department and helping the entire team produce at a high level.

This isn't a position for someone who simply manages a lead queue. We want someone who can sell cars, drive appointments, increase show rates, develop people and produce results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Personally receive, manage and sell 125–150 internet leads each month

Work your own leads from initial contact through appointment, showroom visit and sale

Lead, coach and motivate our Internet/BDC team

Manage incoming internet leads, phone opportunities and customer inquiries

Ensure customers receive a fast and professional response

Drive appointment volume, show rates and sold appointments

Monitor lead response times and follow-up activity

Make sure no opportunity falls through the cracks

Train the team on phone calls, texting, email communication and appointment setting

Review calls and customer interactions for coaching opportunities

Track individual and department performance

Hold team members accountable to daily activity and performance expectations

Work closely with Sales Managers to improve appointment-to-sale conversion

Help develop campaigns to re-engage unsold leads and previous customers

Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper follow-up

Create a positive, competitive and team-oriented environment
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Automotive Internet Sales or BDC experience preferred

Proven ability to personally work internet leads and sell vehicles

Previous management or team-lead experience is a plus

Strong closing and appointment-setting skills

Proven ability to generate appointments and results

Strong leadership and coaching skills

Excellent phone, text and written communication skills

Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Competitive, energetic and self-motivated

Comfortable using CRM systems and dealership technology

Strong understanding of internet lead processes and follow-up
