We are on the lookout for an energetic and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations. In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of restaurant management, from staff supervision and food quality to customer satisfaction and safety standards. Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and high standards of food quality.
- Supervise and motivate staff members, including servers, cooks, and support personnel, fostering a positive team environment.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency with recipes and quality standards.
- Implement sanitation procedures and safety protocols to maintain a clean, safe dining environment for guests and staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee an excellent dining experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and oversee ordering to optimize resources.
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and financial transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation procedures, and kitchen management practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage hospitality teams effectively.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and cost control strategies within the food industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with POS systems and managing financial operations related to restaurant service.
