What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers with shipping, packing, mailbox, printing, and notary services
- Accurately process retail transactions and handle POS/cash register operations
- Pack and prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper handling and labeling
- Help customers choose the best shipping and printing options for their needs
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Support marketing of in-store promotions and services
What We're Looking For
- A positive, customer-first attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic computer and math skills; comfort learning new systems
- Prior retail, shipping, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and a great team player
