Are you ready to take the next step in your multifamily career? Griffis/Blessing is looking for an experienced District Property Manager to lead a portfolio of apartment communities in beautiful Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

What You'll Do
- Lead and support a portfolio of apartment communities to achieve occupancy, revenue, and financial goals.
- Coach, mentor, and develop on-site teams while creating a positive, high-performing culture.
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and operational reports to identify opportunities and drive results.
- Partner with ownership by providing regular updates, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee capital improvement and renovation projects from planning through completion.
- Conduct regular property visits, operational audits, and training to ensure company standards are consistently met.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and state and local regulations.
- Support acquisitions, due diligence, budgeting, and special projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Five or more years of successful multifamily property management experience, including management of large communities or multiple properties.
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve operations, and achieve financial goals.
- Experience with renovations, repositioning, and capital improvement projects is highly preferred.
- Colorado Real Estate License (or ability to obtain within six months).
- CAM or CAPS are a plus.
- Strong financial, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with Entrata, Yardi, OneSite, or similar property management software.
- A self-motivated leader who is organized, adaptable, and enjoys solving problems.
