Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is a boutique wellness spa dedicated to helping our clients look, feel, and perform their best. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic Weekend Wellness Concierge to become the face of our studio on Saturdays and Sundays.
Every client should leave feeling better than when they arrived—and that experience begins with you.
As the first person our clients meet, you'll play an essential role in creating a warm, welcoming environment while ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
- Answer phones and respond to client inquiries.
- Check clients in and out using our scheduling software.
- Educate clients about our memberships, IV therapies, wellness injections, and services.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, relaxing reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks and client follow-up.
- Support our nursing team to ensure a seamless client experience.
What We're Looking For

- Organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, spa, salon, medical office, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or preventative care.
